What is a Reservation Concierge, and what's included?

Without a Reservation Concierge - You make a reservation at the new, trendy restaurant. You get dressed up, arrive on time, but after waiting in line to check in with the hostess, they tell you that they're running behind. You squeeze through the crowded entrance to try to find a place to stand that's out of the way. You think about getting a drink from the bar while you wait, but it's packed. So you stand around frustrated while people push past you.

With a Reservation Concierge - Your RS Concierge texted you that the restaurant is running about 15-mins behind. When you arrive, your RS Concierge is at the entrance expecting you. They greet you by name, escort you inside, and hand you your favorite drink. They suggest the best place to stand, offer to carry any jackets or bags, & then inform the restaurant's host/hostess that you've arrived.

Do I need to make my restaurant reservation before I submit a request to add a RS Concierge?

Yes. Solidify your restaurant reservation and then submit a request to add a RS Concierge to your reservation. If you're experiencing challenges making a reservation, give us a call and we'll see what we can do to facilitate.

What happens after I submit my request to add a RS Concierge to my reservation?

Our staff reviews the details of your request and works diligently & quickly to match you with a RS Concierge. You will receive a confirmation as soon as possible once confirmed.

What are possible reasons my RS Concierge request may be declined?

While we strive to avoid that, possible reasons include not being able to match your reservation date, time, restaurant, or city with a RS Concierge. We have RS Concierges applying frequently, so please check back soon if that happens.

Where do you provide RS Concierge services?

Our goal, however ambitious, is to provide Reservation Concierge services at restaurants in all major cities globally. Submit a RS Concierge request and we'll take care of the rest. Create an alert to be notified when RS Concierge services are available in your city.

Can I choose my RS Concierge?

Yes. In the request form, you can select whether you prefer a male or female Concierge. If you want to request a specific Concierge that served you previously, please be sure to mention their name(s) in the "additional notes" section of the form & we'll do our best to fulfill that request if they are not already scheduled by name.

How much does a RS Concierge cost?

The VIP service delivered by one of our RS Concierges is $98 U.S. dollars. Pre-arranging drinks from the bar will cost the price of the drinks plus a min. $2 per drink service charge, all of which goes to the bartender.

You will be invoiced the following day for the cost of any additional drinks or refills that are acquired by your RS Concierge, to be paid within 2-days. We do refills this way because we don't want our clients fumbling with credit cards; simply relax.

How can I apply to be a Concierge for Reservation Status in my city?

We're looking for Concierges in all major cities globally! To apply to work with Reservation Status as a contracted Concierge, click "Work With Us" at the top of the page and fill out the form. You will receive an email with instructions to schedule your Zoom call with us.

Does the restaurant play a role in the VIP services?

No. We act as your personal Reservation Concierge; the restaurant & their staff do not play a part in delivering our VIP services.
